Shelley Snow, Ph.D., M.T.A.,  is a licensed psychotherapist, fully accredited music therapist and sound therapist.  She is the Founder and Director of The Dorian Centre, where she conducts clinical work in verbal psychotherapy, music therapy, and sound therapy as well as research into mind/body tools for wellness and healing.  She has been in private practice for 27 years, both in Montreal and New York City.  She is also a researcher at the Centre for the Arts in Human Development at Concordia University.  She is currently collaborating with neuroscientists at BRAMS (the International Laboratory for Music, Sound and Brain Research) at McGill and the University of Montreal, on a study of toning and singing.
