Shelley Snow, Ph.D., M.T.A., is a licensed psychotherapist and fully accredited music therapist. She is the Founder and Director of The Dorian Centre, where she conducts clinical work in verbal psychotherapy and music therapy, as well as research into mind/body tools for wellness and healing. She has been in private practice for over 25 years, both in Montreal and New York City. She is also a researcher at the Centre for the Arts in Human Development at Concordia University. She is currently collaborating with neuroscientists at BRAMS (the International Laboratory for Music, Sound and Brain Research) at McGill and the University of Montreal, on a study of toning and singing.
